Job Description
My client is a leading provider of Life Assistance products and services, offering Card, Identity and Mobile Phone protection.
They are currently seeking a Team Manager to work with their Consumer Sales Advisors.
The Role,
You will be responsible for recruiting, leading, performance managing, developing and motivating a team of Customer Sales Advisors to meet or exceed sales and service levels, targets and objects. Through effective coaching and development ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service at all times. You will be managing a team of approximately 12 people
Requirements,
€¢ You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
€¢ Resilience to work in a targeted environment
€¢ Self motivated with a desire to exceed targets
€¢ Proficient PC skills
€¢ Proven experience within a call centre environment
€¢ Proven experience of managing a sales team and working to targets
