Job Description
Specialist travel organisation seek an experienced Travel Sales Advisor.
This is a very interesting role organising specialist holidays, and will involve:
¢ handling enquiries from new and existing clients
¢ discuss individual requirements
¢ processing bookings
¢ promoting new products and services
Most of the contact with customers is over the telephone, however you will also meet some clients in person when they come to collect tickets etc.
This role is working in a contact centre environment where you will work on the following rota system:
Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm (with one day off during the week and one day working 11.30am to 8.00pm)
Sundays working 1 in 4 (Sundays are paid as overtime)
Bank Holidays when required (overtime paid again)
For this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have customer service experience gained within the travel industry OR customer service experience with a travel related qualification. Please note that only candidates with the above experience will be contacted.
